Abstract: This ethnographic study delves into the challenges women who migrate from developing countries to Europe face. By adopting a feminist and postcolonial lens, it aims to explore the intersection of gender and migration, shedding light on the experiences of migrant women that have received limited attention within existing migration law literature. The study examines how gender influences various forms of prejudice, marginalization, and constrained economic potential for these women. Additionally, it presents recommendations to improve the conditions for migrant women in Europe, including enhancing access to resources and support services, expanding educational and employment opportunities, and advocating for the recognition of their rights as equal citizens. By addressing these issues, this research strives to contribute to a more inclusive and equitable society for migrant women in Europe.
