Abstract:
The study aimed to assess the impact of leadership styles on innovative work behaviour in the public sector. The study was conducted at Dar es Salaam Water and Sewerage Headquarters, a study sample of 211 respondents was drawn randomly from a study population of 446 employees using the Yamane formula. The research employed a quantitative approach and a descriptive-explanatory cross-sectional design.
