Abstract: The General Principles of Good Governance (AUPB) are principles that must be upheld in the formation and performance of state institutions in Indonesia that are regulated by law. The Judicial Commission of the Republic of Indonesia (KYRI), a new institution established after reform as a checks-and-balances institution in judicial practice, is still considered weak and needs improvement. This research aims to identify whether KY has fulfilled and implemented the AUPB. The results found that KY has fulfilled the eight AUPB principles regarding provisions and principles.
