Abstract: This study was conducted to evaluate the impact of service-learning program on students’ outcomes as a basis for enhancement. This study utilized a quantitative type of research employing a descriptive survey method. The respondents of the study were the 792 Senior High School Students of USL for theSY 2023-2024. Mean was used to assess the impact of the service-learning program on students’ outcomes. Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal Wallis were also utilized to test the significant difference on the impact of service-learning program on students’ outcomes when grouped according to profile. Civic Responsibility and Quality Service were deemed “Very High†when it comes to the impact of service-learning program on students’ outcomes. Moreover, there is a significant difference on the level of impact of service-learning program when grouped according to sex and strand.
