Abstract: This paper aims to present a thematic and content analysis that highlights the strategies which enhance leader’s skills in innovative digital media and technologies. The researchers also aim to delve and understand how the digitalization changes the leadership skills in the organization. Digital leadership is an important role that drives into a success transformation in organization and how leaders influence their strategies to foster organizational innovation. It highlights the key findings and insights from journal articles and case studies to see how these leaders can drive organizational innovation
