Abstract: The complicated issues of hate speech and discrimination against people with disabilities, long-term diseases, and mental health conditions are discussed in this paper as a reflection-in-action. The study investigates how these harmful behaviors appear in diverse social contexts and their significant consequences on the psychological and social well-being of persons affected by them by engaging in a process of ongoing reflection and reaction. Donald Schön’s notion of reflection-in-action serves as a framework for analyzing in-the-moment reactions to discrimination and hate speech. This method emphasizes how crucial it is to identify and comprehend these problems right away in order to guide sympathetic and successful actions.
