Abstract: This study examined the implementation of security measures in the loading area of Super Metro Store, Mandaue City, with the aim of identifying gaps and proposing an action plan for improvement. Using a descriptive-correlational research design, data were gathered from 95 respondents composed of organic and outsourced personnel through a researcher-made survey questionnaire. Findings revealed that security measures related to vehicle access control, personnel access control, merchandise system control, and documentation procedures were generally fully implemented, although some practices such as strict verification of padlocks and seals, documentation accuracy, use of metal detectors, and compliance with personal protective equipment showed lower levels of consistency.
