Abstract: The integration of advanced technologies in the hospitality and logistics sectors has transformed service delivery and operational management, enabling enhanced guest experiences and improved efficiency. This paper develops a conceptual framework for technology adoption, focusing on innovations such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and blockchain. By examining their potential to address industry challenges and maximize opportunities, the study highlights applications that drive personalization, cost reduction, and sustainability. The framework is informed by theoretical models, including the Technology Acceptance Model and Diffusion of Innovations, which underpin the analysis of adoption dynamics. Challenges such as technical barriers, high implementation costs, and resistance to change are identified, with practical recommendations to mitigate these issues through phased implementation, employee engagement, and stakeholder collaboration. Opportunities for achieving long-term growth through operational excellence and customer satisfaction are emphasized. The findings provide actionable insights for aligning technological advancements with strategic business objectives in a rapidly evolving competitive landscape.
