Abstract: Casat Falls, located in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines, is a natural attraction with significant potential for sustainable tourism development. This qualitative descriptive study assessed the site’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) while identifying strategies to enhance its role as a tourist destination. Using interviews, ocular visits, observations, photo documentation and document scanning, the study focused on tourism aspects like accessibility, infrastructure, and management. The findings reveal that while Casat Falls boasts natural beauty and potential for ecotourism, it faces challenges such as inadequate facilities, rough access roads, and limited security measures. The SWOT analysis highlighted opportunities for local economic growth through increased promotion, particularly on social media, and collaboration with local authorities for future development projects. However, threats like rival attractions and property disputes pose risks to the site’s progress. Recommendations include improving amenities like restrooms and cottages, enhancing infrastructure, and promoting the falls through digital marketing. Training staff, improving security, and adding attractions like floral displays are also crucial for ensuring visitor satisfaction. Addressing these issues can transform Casat Falls into a sustainable and appealing destination, benefiting both the local economy and the community.
