Resilience among Female School Teachers from Hadith Perspectives: The Nominal Group Technique Approach

Abstract: Resilience is an essential trait for female schoolteachers, helping them navigate the complexities of their profession while preserving emotional and psychological well-being. This study examines resilience among female educators through the lens of Hadith by employing the Nominal Group Technique. The results indicated that the experts agree with the proposed idea of resilience based on the hadith perspective. It is highly recommended to do more research on resilience upon others using the hadith perspective help more people to be resilient in their life.
