Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of recognition, appreciation, and work stress on employee performance with perceived organizational support as a mediator. This research uses causality research. The research data were collected from 98 respondents from companies producing palm oil in Indonesia, and using a Likert scale on a scale of 5, the research data were processed using the data analysis method of variance-based structural equation modeling with partial least squares (PLS-SEM). The results showed a significant effect on recognition, appreciation, and work stress on perceived organizational support and employee performance, and perceived organizational support had a significant impact on employee performance. It also shows that the variable perceived organization support mediates the effect of recognition, appreciation, and work stress on employee performance.
