Abstract:
This study used the quantitative approach to examine the mental help-seeking behaviors of young adults in Tshabalala, a location in Bulawayo Zimbabwe. It sought to explore mental health literacy, availability of mental services, and perceived need for help. The study population was 1341 young adults in the 18-29 age group.
