Abstract: Work-life balance is a crucial aspect of employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. With the rapid changes in workplace dynamics due to globalization and technological advancements, the boundaries between professional and personal lives have become increasingly blurred. Employees are often expected to manage their professional responsibilities while fulfilling personal commitments, which can lead to stress, burnout, and decreased productivity. This study examines work-life balance at S Company, a small-medium enterprise in Beranang, Selangor, Malaysia, focusing on the strategies employees use to balance their professional and personal lives. It further explores the impact of these strategies on both employees and the organization. Despite the increasing importance of work-life balance, there is limited research on its implementation in smaller organizations, particularly in Malaysia. This study aims to bridge that gap by providing insights into personal strategies adopted by employees and their broader organizational implications.
