Abstract: Developing speaking skills is crucial for language learners, yet many struggle with low participation, confidence, and fluency. While previous studies have examined the Talking Chips and Think-Pair-Share strategies separately, limited research explores their combined impact on speaking achievement and self-efficacy. This study investigates the effects of integrating these strategies in an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom. Using a pre-experimental design, the study collected both quantitative (pre-test and post-test scores) and qualitative (student perceptions) data. Results showed significant improvements in fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.
