Abstract: The article aims to use key statistics to gain a deeper understanding of the evolution of the manufacturing industry as a pivotal phase in the process of structural transformation within the Algerian economy. By examining these statistics, we will explore how the manufacturing sector has progressed and its role in the broader economic shift from agriculture to industrialization. Additionally, comparisons will be made to highlight the changes and developments in Algeria’s industrial landscape over time, providing insights into how this sector contributes to overall economic growth and competitiveness.
