Abstract: This research examined the impact of (MDL) modular distance learning on Junior High School learners at Vicente L. Basit Memorial High School. It utilized the descriptive correlational method of research which involves the collection and analysis of the respondents’ demographic profile and it sought the significant relationship between the demographic profile of the respondents and the learning performance of the students as well as the significant difference along social interaction, access to resources, assessment and feedback, and learning interest and motivation. Learning interventions were proposed to improve the learning performance of the Junior High School learners in Vicente L. Basit Memorial High School. The data were obtained from 240 student-respondents.
