Abstract:
The increasing penetration and competition in the credit card market in Turkey has gained importance to efficiency. The long-term return back on investments has led banks to cooperate. As a result of the inter-bank cooperation, credit card brands have become platforms shared by multiple banks. In this study, 7 credit card platforms operating in Turkey were evaluated using the Intuitionistic Fuzzy TOPSIS method and ranked with a scoring based on expert opinion according to determined criteria. The results of the analysis were compared with the current market shares of credit card brands and the findings were consistent.
