Abstract: This research paper explores the role of patience and tolerance in promoting social harmony through a study of the poem In World’s Savage Attitude by Hassan Shaikh. The research questions focus on identifying the key themes and messages of the poem, defining and measuring the concepts of patience and tolerance in the context of social conflict. The research approach is qualitative, involving close reading of the poem and a review of relevant literature. The study contributes to a better understanding of how patience and tolerance can be cultivated in individuals and communities, promoting social harmony in diverse and complex contexts.
