Postoperative Total Hypopituitarism Complicated with Refractory Gout: A Case Report

Abstract: Craniopharyngioma is a benign tumor of sellar epithelial tissue. The tumor is close to the important structures of the brain and is usually surgically removed. The main postoperative complication is impaired pituitary function, resulting in a series of clinical manifestations. Postoperative panpituitarism combined with refractory gout is rare in clinical practice. The report is as follows to provide reference for improving the clinical understanding of the disease.
