Abstract: A conference organised jointly by the Banque de France, the Paris School of Economics (PSE G-MonD) and the Centre d’études prospectives et d’informations internationales (CEPII) highlighted the uncertainty surrounding the recovery in trade after its collapse in late 2008 and early 2009.
