Abstract: This article highlights the direct impact of corporate strategy on organizational knowledge management, aiming at meeting organizational needs in a post-COVID world. Particularly, in this article, it is argued that when change becomes increasingly valuable, strategic changes can be implemented in order to prepare executives for the post-pandemic world.
