Abstract: The research examined an appraisal of Corporate Social Responsibility on Organizational Performance of Commercial Banks in Nigeria. The research adopted historical method to analyze the data collected from secondary data only (Journals, Textbooks), Internet, library and Newspaper. One main objective and two (2) specific objectives were highlighted. Furthermore, Conceptual clarification, theoretical framework and discussion of findings we're examined. Among other things are, things that affect Cooperate Social Responsibility on Nigeria Economy, Challenges and Recommendations were made to sustain Corporate Social Responsibility to enhance Organizational Performance of Commercial Banks in Nigeria.
