Etat de lieux des espaces verts récréatifs dans la ville de Kinshasa: perception des Kinois et perspectives de planification et d’aménagement durable

Abstract: But: Cette article a comme objectif global la mise en œuvre d’un modèle de planification et d’aménagement des espaces verts récréatifs dans la ville de Kinshasa. Méthodologie: La méthodologie d’approche a été utilisé. L'approche probabiliste a permis de tirer un échantillon de 423 touristes qui ont répondu aux enquêtes par questionnaire et entretien. Les logiciels Word et Excel ont facilité la saisie et le traitement des données, suivi d’une analyse littéraire appuyée par une interprétation scientifique. Résultats: Les résultats obtenus prouvent une disparition des espaces verts dans la ville de Kinshasa et les Kinois trouvent intérêts à ses espaces à des avis distincts (, 28% y vont pour se détendre et se reposer, 23% pour d’autres raisons beaucoup plus confidentielles, 18% préfèrent les espaces verts pour être au calme, ces espaces servent à présent pour organiser différentes cérémonies selon 10% de l’échantillon, 10% n’accordent aucune importance aux E.V., alors que 5% s’y promènent, 4% pour trouver de l’ombre et 2% pour répondre aux rendez-vous). Contribution unique à la théorie, aux politiques et à la pratique: Au regard de ces résultats, il est donc nécessaire aux décideurs politico-administratifs de disposer à ces populations des EV. récréatifs écologiques suivant les normes technico-scientifiques proposées dans cette étude pour leur permettre de se satisfaire le besoin de récréation de façon décente, sécurisée et inclusive. Abstract Purpose: This article has as its overall objective the implementation of a model of planning and development of recreational green spaces in the city of Kinshasa. Methodology: The approach methodology was used. The probabilistic approach made it possible to draw a sample of 423 tourists who responded to the surveys by questionnaire and interview. Word and Excel software facilitated the entry and processing of data, followed by a literary analysis supported by a scientific interpretation. Findings: The results obtained prove a disappearance of green spaces in the city of Kinshasa and the people of Kinshasa find interest in these spaces in different opinions (28% go there to relax and rest, 23% for other much more confidential reasons, 18% prefer green spaces to be calm, these spaces are now used to organize different ceremonies according to 10% of the sample, 10% do not attach any importance to EVs, while 5% walk there, 4% to find shade and 2% to meet appointments). Unique Contribution to Theory, Policy and Practice: In view of these results, it is therefore necessary for political and administrative decision-makers to provide these populations with ecological recreational EVs according to the technical and scientific standards proposed in this study to allow them to satisfy their need for recreation in a decent, secure and inclusive way.
