Kranthi Godavarthi ()

Journal of Technology and Systems, 2025, vol. 7, issue 1, 58 - 70

Abstract: In the time of digital transformation, social media analytics has grown to be very important for every business and researcher in order to understand user behaviour, marketing trends, and societal impacts of digital communication. This white paper describes how cloud computing technologies enhance the capabilities of social media analytics by focusing on data from major platforms such as Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc. We also delve in detail into the integration of predictive analytics to predict trends and behaviours. We discuss how large-scale social media data is processed, stored, and analysed on cloud services, the advantages of these technologies in terms of scalability, cost-effectiveness, and security, and the challenges faced in terms of data privacy and integration.
