Abstract:
The article proves that at the current stage of development of the banking sector, it is necessary to apply an improved approach to the control of banking institutions, which is based on the principles of effective banking supervision. The conducted research made it possible to identify the problems of the formation of effective banking supervision, which comprehensively characterizes its essence. It has been determined that currently, the analysis of research conducted by global analysts has proven that there are mainly problems with mobile applications or their download. This situation should be corrected, the availability and simplicity of such functions should attract customers, and for the banking sector it is another challenge. An important direction is the identification of clients and compliance with all rules of financial monitoring. At the time of introduction of new technologies, it is necessary to comply with the legal framework and this is a key moment for Ukrainian banks, and the next moment - the introduction of new technologies is an expensive process that requires investments.
