The triadity of creativity as the basis of regional economic systems development

Abstract: The article highlights the triad of the essence and signs of creativity as a basis for the development of regional economic systems of Ukraine in modern conditions of development. It is substantiated that the creative economy is directly related to the intellectual potential, knowledge, skills and abilities of human capital. In the world community, according to the development of the creative economy, attention is focused on human potential, the disclosure of creative abilities, ensuring freedom of thought, protection of intellectual property rights, which is also relevant for Ukraine and requires an in-depth study of the issue of the creative economy in order to ensure the post-war economic development of regional economic systems. It was determined that creativity is considered as : the invention of something new, non-standard for personal or social use; a creative, new approach to using already existing approaches/objects or highlighting their new properties suitable for use; the opposite of mundane, implies opposition to generally accepted approaches. This made it possible to find out the varieties of three types of social creativity : combinatorial creativity, which involves obtaining a new non-standard idea by combining already known standard ideas; research creativity, which is the development of hypotheses, the formation of problems for their further solution; transformative creativity, which involves scientific discoveries at the level of social development paradigms. The peculiarities of creativity in relation to various subjects of the economy are revealed, namely in relation to: society, which manifests itself in relation to the development of new spheres of activity; enterprises aimed at increasing competitiveness by: creating a creative product or service, ensuring effective sales, promoting the enterprise in the markets; personality, which represents the creative capabilities of a person or team, which are manifested in thinking and work results.
