Abstract:
Modern personnel management technologies significantly transform approaches to public administration, enhancing the efficiency of governmental bodies. This article examines the impact of innovative HR solutions, focusing on automation processes, big data utilization, and artificial intelligence. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of digital platforms in public sector personnel management and their effects on decision-making quality, employee motivation, and organizational process optimization. The study provides specific examples of HR technologies such as performance management systems, automated recruitment platforms, and tools for staff training and development. The methodology includes secondary data analysis, case studies, and comparative analysis. The findings demonstrate a positive impact of modern technology adoption on employee productivity, reduction of administrative costs, and increased transparency in management processes. The practical significance of the results lies in the adaptability of HR management technologies across various areas of public administration, ensuring the effective utilization of human resources. The conclusions outline the prospects for further development of digital HR technologies in the public sector, including their integration with e-governance systems.
