Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of enterprise management in wartime crisis. Managing an enterprise in a crisis requires a proactive approach, flexibility, and the ability to respond quickly to changes. Adaptive management is an important tool for the survival and development of enterprises. It requires a flexible approach to management; investment in innovation and digitalization; support for staff and partners; and constant monitoring of the external environment. Success depends on the ability of the enterprise to quickly adapt to changes, identify new opportunities and remain resilient in difficult conditions. Crisis management is a system of measures aimed at overcoming crisis situations, minimizing their impact and restoring the stability of the organization. Crisis management requires companies to take a strategic approach, respond quickly and solve problems as they arise. Anti-sympathetic management is a key element of ensuring the sustainability of the enterprise. It allows not only to avoid serious losses but also to lay the foundation for further development in the post-crisis period. It is determined that the development of an integrated approach to management based on the integration of anti-crisis, adaptive and anti-sympathetic management tools is the basis for ensuring the sustainability and development of organizations in a wartime crisis.
