Abstract:
The features of the phenomenon of emotional leadership in the enterprise management system are studied. The purpose of the article is to assess the importance of emotional leadership in the enterprise management system, analyze its advantages and disadvantages, study the consequences of the application and impact of emotional leadership on the effectiveness of enterprise management. Emotional leadership as a powerful tool of influence allows leaders to effectively manage emotions - both their own and others' - to achieve common goals and motivate the team. Based on a review of literary sources, its constituent elements are identified, and their impact on the application of emotional leadership is analyzed. A high level of emotional intelligence helps a leader build trust, improve communication and inspire people to creative achievements, which makes him able to influence the behavior of others. The main advantages of emotional leadership are highlighted, which consist in high motivation and involvement of the team, effective communication, the formation of a positive working atmosphere, high adaptability of the leader and the team. The advantages of emotional leadership are convincing evidence of its effectiveness. Along with this, the shortcomings identified in the article, which manifest themselves in the risk of emotional dependence, the possibility of emotional burnout, the irrationality of management decisions and the complexity of perception for unemotional people, are more likely the consequences of improper use of emotional intelligence or evidence of its insufficient level. The results of their analysis presented in the article make it possible to completely eliminate them or reduce their impact on the effectiveness of the enterprise management system. Emotional leadership involves creating an atmosphere of trust in the team, relationships of mutual assistance and mutual support in a safe environment. The implementation of emotional leadership requires effective feedback. It is these components that make emotional leadership not just a set of qualities, but a powerful tool that allows a leader to successfully influence people, create a positive atmosphere and achieve outstanding results.
