Abstract: The article provides a comprehensive generalization of management approaches of an enterprise under conditions of digital transformations and substantiates the necessity of their consideration as an integrated system that ensures the effectiveness of organizational performance. It is demonstrated that in academic literature, enterprise management in the digital environment is often reduced to the implementation of separate technological solutions or improvement of individual management functions. Such an approach makes it possible to enhance the efficiency of specific processes; however, it does not ensure coherence between strategic objectives, operational activities, and decision-making mechanisms. As a result, digital changes acquire a fragmented nature and do not produce the expected outcomes. The study substantiates that enterprise management in the context of digital transformations requires the integration of strategic, process, analytical, technological, organizational, personnel, and project-based approaches. It is established that each of these approaches reflects a particular dimension of management, while their effectiveness depends on the level of interconnection and coordination. The absence or insufficient development of certain components leads to the emergence of management gaps, manifested in inconsistencies between goals and results, lack of process coordination, limited use of data, insufficient control over performance, and low organizational adaptability. The article identifies key problem areas of enterprise management under digital transformations and substantiates directions for their transformation. In particular, attention is paid to the gap between strategy and implementation, fragmentation of business processes, insufficient justification of managerial decisions, limited control over activities, inadequate organizational flexibility, and lack of personnel competencies. It is shown that overcoming these problems requires a transition to coordinated application of management approaches, integration of business processes, active use of analytical tools, and development of human capital. It is substantiated that enterprise management should be considered as a multi-level system in which strategic guidelines determine the functioning parameters of process, analytical, and technological levels, while organizational and personnel components ensure the implementation of managerial decisions. The proposed approach allows increasing management coherence, improving decision quality, and ensuring the enterprise’s ability to function effectively and develop under conditions of digital transformations.
