India, a country with young people, is facing a serious problem, 83% of its unemployed are under the age of 35. The goal of this study is to make analysis in terms of different aspects of this disturbing statistic and its influence on the nation's economic and social life. Research asserts that there are significant inadequacies in the education system, economic disparities, and social barriers that impede the employment of young people. Case studies show the effectiveness of interventions and differences in effectiveness across regions. The paper offers practical suggestions to policymakers, educational institutions, and the private sector on how to close the skills gap, reform economic policies, and foster inclusive growth, based on the analysis. Research shows the need to address youth unemployment to ensure India's economic growth and demographic dividend. This abstract encapsulates the essence of the research, highlighting the key areas of investigation, the methodology used, and the primary findings and recommendations. It provides a concise yet comprehensive overview for readers, setting the stage for the detailed exploration in the subsequent sections of the paper.
