Abstract:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping education, sparking debates on whether it will replace teachers or enhance their role. While AI-powered tools personalize learning, provide real-time feedback, and automate administrative tasks, they lack the human touch essential for motivation, emotional intelligence, and deep learning. Bandura’s theory highlights the importance of social interaction in learning—something AI can facilitate but not replicate. Similarly, Bloom’s Taxonomy shows how AI can handle lower-order thinking tasks (like recall and comprehension), freeing teachers to focus on higher-order skills such as analysis, evaluation, and creativity. By integrating AI thoughtfully, education can become more student-centered, efficient, and engaging. Instead of replacing teachers, AI can empower them to foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and holistic development, creating a balanced, technology-enhanced learning environment. This study explores Teacher-AI Collaboration using Bandura’s Social Learning Theory and Bloom’s Taxonomy, demonstrating that AI can support, rather than replace, educators.
