Abstract:
Theemergenceofblockchaintechnologyhasrevolu-tionizeddigitalownershipthroughNon-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), enabling secure and verifiable asset transactions. However, con- ventional NFT marketplaces often lack interactive features that enhance user engagement. This research proposes an inno-vative NFT marketplaceintegratingareal-timechatsystem and Augmented Reality (AR) for 3D model augmentation. The platform enhances user experience by allowing seamless asset visualization,real-timecommunication, and securetradingwithin an immersive environment. The integration of AR provides a more intuitive interaction with NFTs, while the chat system fosters community engagement. Additionally, blockchain-based smart contracts ensure transaction transparency and security. This study explores the technical implementation, challenges, and impact of these integrations on the adoption of NFT marketplaces. The findings highlight the potential for a more interactive, engaging, and user-friendly digital asset ecosystem, paving the way for the next generation of NFT platforms. Overall the research goals are strong. However, consider simplifying sentence structure for clarity and replacing phrases like “enabling secure and verifiable asset transactions†with plainer language
