Abstract:
This Study investigates Human resource management is changing because of the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into High Performance Work Systems (HPWS), especially in the innovative and dynamic IT industry. Examining how AI can improve HPWS efficiency, recognizing the difficulties and moral dilemmas associated with AI adoption, and contrasting conventional HPWS models with those improved by AI technologies are the three main goals of this project, which examines the complex effects of AI on HPWS. According to the survey, artificial intelligence (AI) solutions including predictive analytics, intelligent hiring systems, automated performance reviews, and personalized learning platforms are enhancing HR operations' speed, precision, and strategic alignment. The project illustrates how AI may greatly improve employee performance using case studies and empirical data.
