Abstract: This literature review investigates the subject of developing strategies that synchronize corporate goals with organizational capabilities. The summary of the review, highlighting the primary discoveries, themes, and implications derived from the analyzed literature. The formulation of effective strategies is a crucial process for organizations seeking to align their corporate goals with their internal capabilities. The objective of this paper is to review the current literature on strategic alignment and consolidates the fundamental concepts, theories, and empirical evidence.
