Abstract: Water is essential for the survival and health of living organisms. In rural Bangladesh, 96% of the population relies on untreated water from shallow tube wells, but groundwater quality has declined, posing health risks, particularly to children. This study aims to assess the drinking water quality in flood-prone areas and its potential health risks to primary school children. A cross-sectional, quantitative approach was adopted, focusing on physicochemical parameters such as Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Turbidity, and Electrical Conductivity (EC).
