An Integrated Implementation System on SME

Abstract: This case study-based research with an action research approach aims to explain the implementation process of the online-based information system, Accurate Online for SMEs, Karnevor.id. The results of this research show that the motivation for the desire to implement the program is; the need for valid financial reports, the need for integrated business information, and easy reporting flexibility. Retention encountered in the implementation process; user awareness about the benefits of the system, user understanding of the system mechanism.
