Abstract: The tourism sector is crucial for worldwide economic progress, but, its long-term viability continues to be a significant issue. Incorporating social responsibility into tourism business is decisive for promoting sustainable development in the tourism sector. However, the integration of social responsibility initiatives into tourism enterprises is impeded by various obstacles. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that integrate social responsibility in tourism business in order to obtain sustainable development within the industry. The study employed both primary and secondary data collection to analyze the impact of social responsibility within tourism sector of Andhra Pradesh. Factors such as Environmental Conversation, Cultural Preservation, Stakeholder Engagement, Corporate Social Responsibility and Socio-Economic Outcomes were considered for the study. The results showed that with effective corporate social responsibility, tourism business can develop sustainability and earn positive socio-economic outcomes. The study suggests that with the expansion of public-private collaborations, tourism organizations can be operated efficiently.
