Abstract: Organizations engage their teachers to be more motivated while maintaining an excellent work-life balance. The goal of this study was to determine the moderating effect of work-life balance on the relationship between motivation and organizational commitment among public secondary school teachers in Gingoog City. A correlational-causal research design was used to determine the moderating effect of work-life balance on motivation and organizational commitment. Stratified random sampling was utilized with a total population size of 564 public school teachers where a sample size of 186 was drawn. Descriptive and inferential statistics were applied to analyze data using average means and standard deviations, ANOVA, Pearson R coefficient, and multiple regression.
