Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the impact of AI on job displacement and to identify strategies for mitigating its negative effects. The main objectives are to gather primary data on trends related to AI adoption and automation across various industries; to identify occupations and tasks that are most vulnerable to automation by AI technologies; to understand the viewpoints of workers, employers, and policymakers regarding the potential consequences of AI-induced job displacement; and to explore strategies for adapting to the evolving work landscape in the age of AI.
