Abstract: Creative Industry is a form of industry that utilizes and modifies innovative resources. Currently, business competition is getting higher so that entrepreneurs are required to explore more business opportunities in the creative industry to attract consumers’ attention. The creative industry is a differentiator from the many similar products found in the business world. The reason is, the products it produces are the result of creativity that creates uniqueness and product innovation. The results of this study reveal that the right strategy is needed in making a business in a digital-based creative world to guarantee the excellence of a company. Therefore, companies are required to make a suitability plan with core products and complimentary services following the company’s capabilities and customer needs to create a competitive advantage.
