Abstract: This paper explores the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resource Management (HRM), with a particular emphasis on how AI-driven technologies are reshaping key HR functions, including recruitment, performance evaluation, training, and employee engagement. Drawing on recent empirical research, the study assesses the potential benefits—such as increased efficiency, enhanced decision-making, and improved employee experiences—alongside the challenges associated with AI integration. Particular attention is given to ethical considerations, including algorithmic bias, data privacy, and the potential displacement of human roles. The paper concludes with strategic recommendations for organizations seeking to implement AI in HRM in a manner that upholds human-centric values while leveraging technological advancements.
