Abstract: A 30 year old man presented with pilonidal sinus on MRI reporting along with pain, itching and purulent discharge from sacral region.The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Ksharasutra therapy in the management of Pilonidal Sinus (Nadi Vrana)with respect to wound healing time . recurrence rate , postoperative complication and patient compliance.
