Abstract: In recent years, the dynamics of organizational behavior and employee engagement have gained substantial attention in both academic and practical domains. Knowing that engaged employees significantly contribute to organizational success and effectiveness, a growing body of research has aimed to explore the determinants and influencing factors behind job engagement.
