Abstract: الملخص الهدف من هذه الدراسة إبراز دور إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية، وذلك من خلال تطبيق تغييرات جذرية في جميع العمليات التي تقوم بها المؤسسة، مما يساعد في تخفيض التكلفة من خلال حسن استغلال الموارد، والسرعة في اتخاذ القرارات، والإبقاء على العمليات الضرورية فقط، أو تحقيق الجودة من خلال أداء العمليات بشكل صحيح، والتركيز على الزبون، وانتقاء أفضل الكفاءات، وكل ذلك يسمح بتحقيق التفوق والحصول على ميزة تنافسية. The objective of this study is to highlight the role of reengineering in achieving a competitive advantage, by applying radical changes in all processes performed by the entreprise, which helps to reduce cost through the efficient use of resources, and speed in decision- making, and maintain only the necessary operations, or achieve quality by performing operations correctly, focusing on the customer, and selecting the best competencies, all this allows to achieve excellence and gain a competitive advantage.
