Abstract: تناول الباحثان موضوعاً حيوياً في مجال الإدارة يخص أهل الإدارة في كافة المنظمات، وخصوصاً الخدمية منها، وهو إدارة الموارد البشرية ودورها في تطوير مستوى الخدمات الفندقية، وتأتي أهمية هذا البحث من أهمية المنظمات الفندقية كونها تعتبر مصدر دخل اقتصادي للدولة، وأيضاً تعتبر الفنادق الواجهة الأولى لأي بلد سياحي، وبالتالي نجاح السياحة يرتبط بنجاح الخدمات الفندقية. وقد تمثلت مشكلة البحث في قصور تفعيل دور إدارة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسات الفندقية محل الدراسة، مما أدى إلى تدني مستوى الخدمات المقدمة. وقامت الدراسة على مجموعه من الفرضيات أهمها: الفرضية الرئيسية: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة الموارد البشرية وبين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة في المؤسسات الفندقية. ومنها تم اشتقاق فرضيتين فرعيتين: 1- توجد علاقة بين تطبيق إدارة الموارد البشرية لوظائفها ومهامها والخدمات الفندقية. 2 ـ توجد علاقة بين التخطيط والتدريب للموارد البشرية والخدمات الفندقية. The paper studies the human resource management and its role in thedevelopment of the level of hotel services, the problem was the activationof the role of HR planning and training in hotels, there is a statisticallysignificant relationship between HR management and the level of servicesprovided in hotels as a hypothesis, The objective of the study is to highlightthe role of HR management in the development of hotel services. Afterexamination of a sample of the 02 hotels staff. The result is that thedevelopment of hotel services is related to the interest in HR planning andtraining.
