Abstract: تهدف الدراسة لإبراز دور التمويل الأصغر كآلية حديثة لدعم التشغيل في الجزائر ، من خلال دراسة و تقييم الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر في الجزائر ،وتحديد دورها في توفير مناصب الشغل، مع الإشارة إلى جهود الوكالة في مكافحة جائحة كورونا، من خلال دعمها للمشاريع الخاصة بذلك، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، حيث استطاع القرض المصغر أن يرفع في معدل الشغل. Abstract: The study aims to highlight the role of microfinance as a modern mechanism to support employment in Algeria, by studying and evaluating the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit in Algeria, and defining its role in providing job positions, with reference to the agency's efforts in combating the Corona pandemic, through its support for projects related to this, By relying on the descriptive approach, the microcredit was able to raise the employment rate
