The role of the brand in protecting the consumer

Abstract: إن التقدم التكنولوجي الهائل الذي يشهده العصر الذي نعيشهأدى إلى ازدحام األسواق بأشكال عديدة ومتنوعة من المنتجات، وقد واكب هذا التطور في أساليب اإلنتاج زيادة في حجم املاخارر الي يتعر لها المستهلك.تمثلت مشكلة البحث في قصور آليات حماية المستهلك، وهدف الدراسة هو إبراز اآلليات القانونية الي اعتمدها المشرع الجزائري لحمايةالمستهلك باستخدام العالمة، فتم االعتماد في ذلك على ك ل من المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لمعالجة مختلف جوانب الموضوع.وخلصت الدراسةإلى أن حمايةالمستهلك مرتبط بإلزامية تسجيل العالمة لضمان حمايتهمن جميع االعتداءات The tremendous technological progress in the era in which we live has led to the crowding of markets with many and varied forms of products. This development in production methods has been accompanied by an increase in the volume of risks to which consumers are exposed.The problem of the research was the lack of consumer protection mechanisms, and the study’s goal is to highlight the legal mechanisms adopted by the Algerian legislator to protect the consumer using the trademark, so it was relied on both the descriptive and analytical approach to address the various aspects of the subject. The study concluded that consumer protection is linked to the obligation to register the mark to ensure that it is protected from all attacks.
