Abstract: هدفت الدراسة التعرف علي أثر القدرات الإستراتيجية في تطوير ثقافة التميز علي تحقيق التميز المؤسس ي في الجهاز المصرفي، حيث تمحورت مشكلة الدراسة في عدم إدراك العديد من أفرع المصارف لأهمية الدور الذي تلعبه القدرات الإستراتيجية في تطوير ثقافة التميز، مما يؤثر علي تحقيقها للتميز المؤسس ي، توصلت الدراسة إلي توسط تطوير ثقافة التميز للعلاقة بين القدرات الإستراتيجية وتحقيق التميز المؤسس ي في الجهاز المصرفي بتأثير غير مباشر 2)22900( وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توعية القيادة والعاملين في مصارف الدراسة بأثر القدرات الإستراتيجية وتطوير ثقافة التميز في تحقيق التميز المؤسس ي للمصارف The study identify the impact of (SC) in developing (CE) on achieving (OE) in The (BS). The problem of study is that many branches banks still do not realize the importance role of (SC) in developing (CE) and their effects on achieving (OE). The study found developing (CE) is mediating the relationship between (SC) & achieving (OE) with an Indirect Effect of (0.922). The study recommended there is a need to increase leadership and employees awareness in the banks under study on to the impact of (SC) and developing (CE) on achieving (OE) for banks.
