Abstract: As a result of the scientific and technological revolution, the digital economy has recently emerged as a new branch of economic sciences. In line with meeting people's and society's needs, the digital economy's development is dependent on digital education, which is the foundation for achieving true human development, beginning with the process of education and education, as they are critical factors for increasing the efficiency of human capital to achieve growth and development in various countries around the world.
